Jonathan co-founded Svperior in 2014 and leads its cyber practice. His work sits at the point where adversarial pressure, technical architecture, and consequential decisions meet. A background in mission-critical engineering and quantitative systems informs the way he evaluates exposure: establish what is true, understand how systems and people can be reached, and design protection around the client’s actual operating environment. Across clinical, financial, and public-sector contexts, he has worked on systems where confidentiality, continuity, and technical correctness carry material consequences. Within Svperior, Jonathan directs cyber judgment, security architecture, and the technical strategy behind complex protection mandates, remaining close to the evidence, the clients, and the decisions they must face.

Adam co-founded Svperior and leads systems engineering from requirements through implementation. He brings operating discipline to complex builds, translating complex objectives into architecture, software, infrastructure, and systems that thrive under pressure. His experience spans regulated clinical, financial, and public-sector environments, including work within Svperior’s broader record of mission-critical deployments. Adam’s focus is the integrity of the whole system: how components interact, how failure is anticipated, how authority is expressed, and how the finished capability performs under real conditions. Within Svperior, he carries engineering operations, implementation quality, and the sustained technical work required to move from a sound design to dependable, resilient operating capability.

Ross founded Belhomme Law and now leads Legal within Svperior GmbH. His work is grounded in more than two decades across international fiduciary, wealth-structuring, and private-client environments, including senior roles with J.P. Morgan, Guggenheim, and Saffery Champness. He holds an LL.B. from the University of London and an LL.M. from IE Law School, and has held leadership responsibility within STEP’s work on digital assets. That combination of legal, fiduciary, financial, and technical understanding shapes an approach centered on clear judgment, defensible structures, and the realities of how clients hold, move, protect, and transfer value across jurisdictions. Within Svperior, Ross leads legal strategy, structuring, governance, and the direction provided to implementing counsel.
